Content Removal Process
The steps a removal request follows.
1. Submit
Submit a request through the report form or email info@ouchy.ai. Tell us what should be removed, why, and how to identify it.
2. Triage
Requests are triaged by risk. Suspected illegal content, minor-related concerns and non-consensual content are handled first and may result in immediate blocking before review completes.
3. Review
A trained reviewer assesses the request against the Content Safety Policy, the Terms and applicable law. Reviewer access to conversation content is restricted, logged and only permitted for a legitimate safety or legal reason.
4. Decision & appeal
We record the outcome and notify the requester where we lawfully can. If you believe a decision about your own account or content was wrong, reply to the decision email to request a second review.
